-Please email madworldcrochet@gmail.com prior to sending your item back to receive a return authorization. You will receive approval and instructions for returning your item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Returns will be processed within 7 days of return receipt.
